CLEVELAND, Ohio – After two years of being nominated but missing out on induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Nine Inch Nails has been moved to the back of the line.The Cleveland-bred band fronted by Trent Reznor was surprisingly left off the list of the 2017 nominees announced Tuesday morning.The ballot includes newly eligible acts Pearl Jam and Tupac Shakur, along with longtime snubs like Journey, Electric Light Orchestra, Chic, Janet Jackson and others.
