No bomb was found on Portland Community College's Rock Creek campus after a 911 caller reported three devices were set to detonate there Monday morning, deputies said.The campus reopened around 11:35 a.m., and classes have been canceled for the day, the Washington County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.Authorities are continuing to investigate the threat.
